How it Works

Telling your story through us couldn't be simpler. You tell us the day, time, and location, and we come to you. Our team of experts will make everything as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

 

Our filming team consists of one or two, depending on who is available, and generally will arrive an hour before filming begins - this gives us enough time to say hello and set up the equipment.

 

Interviews take roughly 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how long you are comfortable with, and questions can be sent ahead of time if requested. If there are any questions you don't want to answer, then just let us know before or even during the interview.

 

After the interview, if you are happy with us doing so, we will capture some moments in your environment and scan photos you would like to share. This will take between 30 minutes to an hour, but everything is tailored to the individual and what they are comfortable with.

 

Finally, you will be asked to sign a consent form, which will allow us to edit and distribute the content on the relevant social platforms. You can let us know at any point during or after the interview (and before publication) if you would like us not to use any specific content filmed - just give us a call and drop us an email. If for any reason you would like to remove something after publication, this can be a little more complicated due to the nature of the public sphere, however, we are understanding of people's wishes and will, of course, do what is within reason and our power to meet any requests.
